daddy's first day was a busy one, with us all squeezed into my cousin's car for a teahouse lunch, a tour of kavalan distillery (did you know Taiwan makes an award-winning whiskey?), and dinner overlooking yi-lan. the girls got a bit worn out and grumpy, but daddy held up admirably :)

the next day, we took daddy up hu tou shan, in much more enjoyable weather:
that evening, we took buddy and little miss to my aunt's house in tienmu (Taipei), while c and s stayed with ah gong, and ben and I enjoyed a kid-free night at the Shangri-La hotel..!!
