haaa-le-lujah! this is it for march so far, so feel free to show up baby, before anything else happens ;-)
mrs. b took the girls skating, which was a huge hit. i need to get the video from her of both girls moving around on their own by the end of the session!
preschool field trip to a local nature center. this 'cave' tunnel in the habitat room was a favorite, and it was funny watching the girls get up the courage to go into the dark, finally succeeding together when they were too scared to go alone.
a log cabin exhibit, with lots of hands-on household items to explore:

the car made its reappearance - it was c's birthday gift from us when she turned 2, hard to believe! the steering wheel, uh, lost a bolt in the move =p
on the actual birthday, grandma #3 came up and took the girls to see a ballet of thumbelina! i think sister the younger was the truly appreciative one, but the girls have both been showing us how the roses danced, how the beetles and frogs walked, how thumbelina changed her dresses...
