umm, whose foot is that exactly?!

got in at 1 am or so
the next afternoon, we headed out to the museum of transportation, a little dude's dream come true =)  there are tons of trains there!  way more than I remembered -

birthday and late may 2

just before the end of the school year, little buddy had a joint birthday party with a classmate of hers who has a summer birthday.  they painted ceramics at Color Me Mine, opened gifts and had cake:

choosing her piece

picking paints

pink cupcake

chubby bunny

I was pretty impressed how they could cross without falling in - most of the time ;-)

they enjoy playing checkers.. for about 95% of the game, until someone has to lose =p

late may

and again, a few left over from the second MI trip.. somehow the picture dates on my phone don't sort right with the camera dates.  sorry!

at the library - watching the construction vehicles across the street ;-)

buddy got into checking out these kits, which each had books, toys and games around a theme

miss t presented each kid with a plaque with two adjectives.  truer words were never said about our buddy.  so thankful for a small class and a teacher who recognized the best in each individual!
