keansburg

i guess you're getting a tour of the jersey coast this week!  i never knew there was so much fun stuff to do so close to home =)  we started Friday with lunch in red bank with my high school friend, a.  we used to go to red bank in high school to stroll around, since holmdel lacks any kind of downtown, but the sleepy little town seems to have prospered quite a bit since then.  tons of restaurants, pedestrians and traffic - we could barely find a parking spot!

nai nai came home early, and we headed over to keansburg amusement park - another place that i don't remember at all =p  for $25 or so in tickets, the girls tried out just about every kiddie ride available.  they almost all seemed to be variations on a theme - some sort of vehicle on a spoke going round and round =p  but i guess they appeal to their target audience, since the girls had a great time =)
