week 2 - home life

people keep asking me what we did while we were in taiwan, and for the first two weeks, the mountain and beach trips aside, i don't have a particularly good answer.  what did we do?  just lived life with our auntie e, uncle p and of course, baby k.  and a sweet life it was =)

we ran into this fellow at the playground - he's as big as he looks, about 3"

new sport:  synchronized broccoli eating

going out for 'in liao' (drinks of the non-alcoholic variety).. taiwan has quite the spectrum of milk teas, juices, smoothies, fruity yogurt drinks, etc., and they're relatively cheap ($1-$1.50).  the girls surprisingly never complained about the four flights of stairs, unless they'd been asleep in the car - i did have to carry both all the way up once or twice under those circumstances =p
